Avoid this place

Wuf Pet Resort and Spa is not a business that employs experienced pet caregivers. They have endangered several pets and allowed a few of them to be seriously injured. The manager that kept your pets safe is no longer there! They didn’t tell anyone she was gone.

I knew something was different when I last allowed my dog to go to Wüf. I shouldn’t have left her there. Now it’s owned and managed by people with no experience with packs of dogs or caring for dogs they don’t know well. They don’t have overnight staffing and their daytime staff is clueless. Ask them a question and get a questionable answer in response.

The last time I was in, I asked to speak to the new owners and the employee told me they don’t come in and don’t work there. She said she didn't know how to get a hold of them. I asked who managed the place when they are gone. She told me he doesn’t work weekends.

I fully believe that Wuf Pet ...

I fully believe that Wuf Pet Resort & Spa is a great place to work. I brought my Dad's dog to work with me for a couple of days and saw a dramatic change in him, to the point that I did not even recognize him. Jed is over eleven years old and not playful but when he was in daycare, he was running around with other dogs and playing fetch. My co-workers took extremely good care of him and now that Summer is here, Jed will be a regular.

Wuf is best boarding & spa in town

My dogs have been coming to Wuf since it opened several years ago. They frequently visit for daycare, and have boarded on multiple occasions. The owner is so sweet, and my dogs love her to death. I trust her, and her staff, with my dogs. I love to drop them off and get them bathed. There's nothing better than tired and clean, wonderful smelling dogs. I wouldn't trust anyone else, except family, with my dogs. Wuf Rocks!

Disgruntled Former Employee Reviews

I bring my dog to Wuf each week for daycare and to board at least once a month. Recently, I noticed changes in staffing. I asked the owner if everything was OK and she said, "if I can't trust them with my own dog, I would not trust them with yours." The owner of this business really cares about her clients (both human and canine) and has gone the extra mile with Wuf. I can't imagine leaving my dog with anyone else! Please pay no attention to the negative reviews posted recently. They are from former employees that the owner had good sense to let go. I encourage you to stop by Wuf and take a tour. You will love it!

I think WUF is a great place to work AND take your dog! I have worked there for over 3 years...I believe in WUF and I recommend it daily. Don't always believe the reviews....YOU BE THE JUDGE...Come see us! Remember sometimes reviews are written by disgruntled ex employees =)

terrible place to take your dog

This business is a joke. The owner will lie to you to get you in the door. And lie to your face about your dog's stay. The business is not staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And the daycares do NOT have somebody in them all day. The employee turnover is so high here that you never know who will be taking care of your dog each week and if that person is even qaulified to be handeling dogs. Not to mention no one knows how to answer any question when you call. Theyll put you on hold 6 times to find the answer! No one there is licensed for dog safety. On top of the terrible customer service, there are all kinds of hidden fees. Youll save money and be more comfortable if you have a sitter watch your dog.

Very Cool Place

Wow! Great dog spa. Wuf Spa really caters to "dog people." We have left our lab there twice in the last month. My wife and I are so pleased with the service and care. We love that we can watch our dog on the web cam and call anytime to get updates. We even got a report card! My wife immediately hung it on the refrigerator.

I think everyone should use Wuf. Open more locations!

Very Happy with Wuf!

I have been taking my dog to Wuf for a while...and he loves it....which means I love it! I boarded him when I took a business trip....he got sick and they handled everything perfectly. They took him to emergency vet, contacted me and let me know everything was alright. I recommend them to everyone...I feel like they love by "baby" as much as I do.
