Pet Resort is a very clean facility, my dog can't wait to get in the door when we drop her off, the staff is always kind and helpful. We like that our dog has been given a bath on the day we pick her up. You have a great shop!!

I like the strict vaccination policy, prompt alerts if my pet has issues (throwing up, fighting, acting odd), friendly staff, clean facilities, and ability to watch my pet play on webcam.

Everyone at Pet Resorts is so friendly and you all make the drop off and pick up process so easy! Your staff all know my baby boy and I feel he is well taken care of every time he is there! We love Pet Resorts!!!

Whenever we bring Winnie in for her "staycation" she is always greeted enthusiastically and she responds the same! They know her by name and you can tell she is given special care! We feel confident she is in good hands!

Sammy Jo and I sing your praises to everyone!!! Your facility is one of the cleanest around and I checked out a few. I love the fact that she has her own suite and I can watch her on the webcam. Sammy Jo is not a very social dog but she has no problem with being left at Pet Resort!! Thank you for taking care of the love of my life.

Wonderful value for the money paid for services provided (for overnight stays & play dates). The staff here are always so friendly and provide wonderful customer service. I wish their staff could train some CSR's for other companies, to be honest. My dog always seems to have a great time when he goes, too.

I was very impressed with Pet Resort Dallas. The employees were really nice & I know My lab really enjoyed being there. She was really tired when she came home. I would highly recommend Dallas Pet Resort. I would give it a five star!!!!!!
