0My sister has been in Metro Health Hospital several times through the last few years usually for bad wound or skin infections. As her medical advocate and frequent visitor I have observed that her care at Metro has always been quite good. Almost every nurse and professional she has dealt with at the hospital has treated her with respect and had her best interests in mind. The food is actually good, better than she gets at home, and the environment is clean and comfortable. Her only real complaint is that the mattresses could be softer.
I am so pleased with the care my husband and I received. We have never been to this hospital before. My husband was on the third floor. Everyone was top notch. Thanks to all for great service .
I went to metro health with appendicitis in need of survey to remove it. All of my nurses treated me great with genuine concern for my health and well being. They were prompt in my requests, even though I did get cranky about surgery times. Thank you Erin,Pari,Shelley,Chaunnee, and Carla for making my stay comfortable and being amazing at what you do.
The care and services I received were first class. The doctors and nurses did the best one can expect.
