THEY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!

I used George Burns for years at my previous residence and I was very pleased - I bought a new system from them. At my current residence, though, the service has not been so good. When maintenance was done, the tech told me I needed to have the coil cleaned and to call the office to schedule. I called and nobody knew what I was talking about. I called again, trying to get someone out here and needless to say, it never happened. When someone did show up, he was unprepared to clean the coil and said he knew nothing about it. It was very frustrating. I now work with a company that includes cleaning the coils with the maintenance call and price and it is less expensive. They can also schedule calls same day in most cases. Sorry George Burns, but you lost me as a customer due to that debacle a year or two back. The abrupt manner in which I was dealt with when calling (repeatedy)also was a red flag.

Im a long time customer of George H Burns and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants work done by professionals that care about their work and also care about their customers. I've used this company for a variety of problems from heating and air conditioning problems to plumbing and electric problems. Ever job big or small this company treats me with respect and the mechanics do a great job. Since I've been using this company for so long I've had the opportunity to meet several different mechanics. All their mechanics are well educated, courteous, professional, prompt, and caring. These men also took the time to educate me on the systems that were in my house so I could further understand how they work and what I could do to make sure the system was running at its top efficiency. These men made me feel very comfortable when they are in my home because I know they are doing great work. It has been a pleasure doing business with such a knowledgeable and caring group of guys.

We've used George H. Burns, Inc. for a no heat emergency over a very cold weekend. They worked very hard to get heat on for us. They overnited the part and by Monday morning we had heat again. They did not leave us without heat over the weekend, one of their managers dropped off a few portable electric heaters to take the chill off until our part arrived on Monday. The office staff was very helpful and courteous, and their mechanics were extremely knowledgeable. This is not the first time George Burns came to our rescue. They helped us out a few years ago with a water heater that leaked all over our basement on a Saturday morning. They replaced the water heater that day and cleaned up the mess our old water heater left. I would definitely recommend George H. Burns. They really know what they're doing!

This company installed a gas hot water heater in our home for $1200. I thought I smelled gas that evening but was unsure until the next morning when a visitor entering our home was overcome by the smell. I used some soapy liquid and found the leak myself. Numerous phone calls to the business that morning were left unheeded and no one arrived until 6PM!. We had to call the gas company. Gas levels were so high that is caused headache and stomach upset. Soldering on copper tubing was all over the pipes, very sloppy work. No one called us to apologize for the inconvenience or the terrible service even after I complained at the follow up call. Using this company could be life threatening.

We've used George Burns for over ten years, and, even with our old house and multiple zones and other issues, their service has always been excellent. They always arrive the same day, even on weekends during an emergency, and the work is done quickly and with high quality. And their prices are reasonable. Their employees are courteous and meticulous. I couldn't say enough about them.
