I love going in and talking to all of the girls!! They're all so very knowledgeable and extremely friendly!! My dogs all love going there too!

I dread going there to buy dog food. The girls that work there lack customer service skills. It seems like I am bothering them/disrupting them when I come in or have a question. They are not friendly whatsoever. I will start buying my dog food on line...that's a shame since I try to buy locally.

The owner / manager, Richard, is very knowledgeable - he will never steer you wrong and he really does care about your pet and their well-being. My boxer was having UTIs and he suggested I purchase another brand from what I had been buying from him, which was a little lower in price but contained cranberries, to help her urinary tract. No more UTIs since. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is an honest businessman and a true gentleman. Always carries my purchases to my car for me. If you want a good price, knowledgeable and caring staff and support our local economy, Wichita Pet Supply is the place to go!

Had my first experience at Wichita Pet Supply today and I have to say I'm extremely impressed by their knowledge and customer service. The gentleman working was able to answer all the questions I had and even recommended a better food that has a higher nurturant and protein content than the Beniful we have been using and the kicker is its CHEAPER!!! Do your research on the food you are currently feeding your pets and then make the switch to something better. Most popular brands are full of recalls that have caused problems in the past. The customer service is unbeatable and the big box stores just can't compare. This will be our new go to store for our dogs. Supporting this local business is the way to go!

The owner is awesome! He is very knowledgeable on all of the products he carries! I went there because a coworker had recommended a dog food named Victor and my dogs love it. I got to talking to him in regards to my older canine that has problems getting up, he recommended a canine joint support called Phycox, it is totally awesome. It is the best product that I have tried. My older canine is able to get up with no problems now! He has a customer for life. He actually cares about your animals and takes the time to explain everything about the different dog foods and tells you which one is better for your canine. I will never go back to Petsmart or Petco again! He even carried the dog food out to my truck!

The owner is totally dedicated to his business and his customers, he will answer any questions and gives great advice on dog nutrition and what the dog food industry does and doesn't do with regards to good dog food. He recommended a brand of dog food based on my dogs breed, age, activity and even price point, that has proved to be outstanding. I loaded a picture of my dogs playing, both are dogs that were dropped off near where I live/abandoned. Both had health problems etc. They are now healthy and happy and have great coat conditions after going through 1 bag of the food he recommended. Thank you!

Love this place. The manager is knowledgable about his stock and trade and so nice. If you're looking for something they don't have he has no problem ordering it for you. But what made me a customer for life was when he forgot I was in the military one time so didn't give me a discount, which didn't bother me, but then he remembered and chased me to my car, knocked on my window and gave me the change. Can't ask for a more honest business plan than that...

This place was recommended to me by my dog trainer at PetSmart. The owner was very nice and helped me select the right food for my dogs. He even carried the bag out to my car. Amazing customer service, I will always buy my dog/cat food there. The prices are great too

My husband and I just went in to buy hay for our dog's houses, when the owner asked us what kind of dog food we used. He informed us that he had some better quality food for a lower price and asked if we had a few minutes for him to show us. We were willing to listen. He told us about the different foods and the different ingredients and the price. It sounded too good to be true until I did my own online research about the different dog foods and found out that he had not steered us wrong. We made the decision to make the switch and buy the better dog food at Wichita Pet Supply. The owner may have shown us the dog foods to gain a customer but it really seemed like he cared about what we were feeding our dogs and the amount we could be saving. I'm a big fan of honesty and small business and this Wichita Pet Supply is both.
