I would give this company a MINUS 5 stars if I could. Repair guy came to fix my refrigerator 2 weeks ago. It took about 4 hours. He said it would be cool enough the next day to put items in it. It wasn't fixed....not sure what he did, but he definitely didn't fix it. Scheduled to come back this past Saturday. I called to confirm. And he was a no show. After I called again, the owner of the company called to tell me the guy couldn't come this day that THEY scheduled. The owner of an appliance repair business doesn't know how to fix refrigerators and the one and only guy they have employed who didn't fix mine the first time didn't show up the 2nd time. Nothing professional about them.

Joe was both courteous and professional. It took three separate trips and two different replacement parts, but he got the job done!

Mitch came out and worked on our washing machine. He left it in worse shape than the problem I called about. Got home from work put a load of laundry in to test it and it made this awful squeaking noise. Called immediately and he apologized and said he'd call the office to fix it. He never did. A few washing later and we realize our overflow pan was full of water. Obviously, he didn't hook that up right. Moved the machine to dump the pan and the front side of my washing machine popped loose. He must not have attached it back correctly. Then noticed on the back of the machine he broke the clip and used a self tightening plastic thingy(?). Wish we had Joe come out, as it seems like he knows what he is doing from the previous reviews. Since it was warranty work, GE is having a different company come out to fix what he broke. Whitney, however, was very pleasant in the office.

My refrigerator went out to where it was only cooling slightly, New Years day Wednesday. When I called Sloan's they did not have an appointment until Monday, which would have been 4 days. Rick, arranged his schedule to accommodate me and came the day I called. I really appreciated that because I would have had to resort to ice chests. They are always professional and also explain the situation so you can understand the problem and cost of repairs.

Joe came to our house and fixed our dryer within minutes, he even cleaned all the filters. He was very nice and explained why it stopped working. I will definitely call them next time i need work done. The receptionist was also very pleasant. Overall a great experience. Thanks appliance professionals!!! The Neel Family

Joe from Appliance Professional was sent to us for a problem with my washer. He was great. Even though it was a simple repair, he was very friendly and knowledgable and even gave me some great advice on how to avoid this problem in the future.
