I was pleasantly surprised to find such an honest, friendly and qualified shop near my home. I had two different people give me their name as a good place to go, so I figured I better try them out. They gave me a ride home when I came in and I didn't even have an appointment. They called with a very nice explanation of what was going on with my car and a very accurate estimate (i.e., there were no surprises when I picked it up!) They pointed out a few other things that were wrong with the car, but put absolutely no pressure on me to fix them "or else." I will no longer dread having to take my car to the shop because these guys are really great!

First, let me just say that I'm female and have learned to be very skeptical and cautious when it comes to repairs to my car. No more...I have finally found a shop that I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of anymore. Everyone from the front office to the mechanic were friendly, helpful and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. They gave me a ride home, called me shortly thereafter with my options and an estimate and then I got a call about two hours later that my car was finished - and it was LESS than the estimate quoted! When I picked it up, the mechanic showed me the old parts and explained what happened in a way that I really understood. They earned my trust, and I will defintely do business with them again. Hopefully, not too soon, tho!
