I love Enterprise and the one on Main Street is great. They are very courteous and fast. I am always able to get a ride home. I was a consultant for a year and a rental car was part of the agreement. The rental was from the Las Vegas Enterprise; however, I dealt with the local office while I was renting. I cannot say enough good things about Enterprise. I have also purchased several cars through Enterprise over the years.

Normally I always use the enterprise location in visalia but the last two times I was given conflicting information from their website. For example, when reserving online it makes no mention that if you want to use your debit card then you will need much more documentation than normal. I ended up having another credit card but what if I didn't? The time before that I spoke to an agent on their 800# because I no longer had a debit card due to fraud. They told me it should be no problem but when I arrived it was. The staff admits that there is poor coordination with their 800# people versus the local staff. They apologized but seems like it hasn't gotten better. Staff is nice just need better support from their HQ.
