I have never been treated so horribly at an establishment. Drove 3 1/2 hours back from SF, and then drove another 45 mins to pick up my niece from Visalia to spend the day with her. It was hot (over 100 degrees), a long travel morning already and I'm pregnant. Stopped here to pump gas, swiped my card, and the machine said "Waiting..." Forever so I finally went in. Attendant named Martie said it was because I was parked in the wrong direction. I looked outside but didn't see any arrows, signs, etc - and there were many open pumps. Usually at a gas station they have lanes going in alternate multiple directions because not everyone's gas tank is on the same side. Martie told me that they intentionally shut off the pump from the inside when people pump in the wrong direction which seemed very petty to me considering they have no lanes, no arrows. I told her I would get gas elsewhere and if she could tell her manager that it would be helpful to have lanes or arrows painted since its not easy to see everyone is supposed to drive the same direction and not like other gas stations either. She said "Well there's a sign that says pull forward." Very rudely. And then I said I asked her if she could tell her manager what I said and she said no and I should get out f the store or have the "po po" escort me out. Wow! I will never patronize that business again. She was so absolutely rude and abusive. I hope she gets fired for how she treats people.

Lol ^^ Funny how people get pissed when they dont follow the rules and get turned down...I remember MY first time at the gas station...lol. This place has cheap gas prices, EXCELLENT customer service (even by the "fat mexican") and lots of great snacks and drinks to choose from. 5 stars from me.

This place turned down my purchase of gas this morning because I was facing the wrong way when there are free pumps open. The fat Mexican running the counter should be fired. If I was the owner I would be hitting myself right now hearing that they are losing customers on this. Because of this experience i will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone!! And I know for a fact I'm not the only one who has been turned down the owner should be ashamed.
