The lady that was doing my nails was very sloppy with her acrylic. My nails started chipping and lifting from the sides. Not good quality work

I looked around in the Toledo area , went to a few places and was very dissatisfied with the job done on my nails, til I found this place and only wished I had found it first , very satisfied with the work the girls do, I personally like Eliza , she does the best ART WORK on the nails, but if your not to much into designs , ALL the girls are good at what they do !!

The shop has room for improvement. It is clean and pleasant. It is run by a Mother / Daughter team, which I like. However, the girls are quite frequently on their cell phones speaking with friends or family, not clients. Family and friends, including children, are in the shop often, just hanging out at the stations. And twice I waited over 20 minutes for the manager to show up for the first appointment of the day! My time is valuable. I understand being behind by the end of the day, but being 20 minutes late for the first appointment is inexcusable.

I love this nail salon... the nail techs all do a great job and their nail art is amazing. They are friendly and the shop is very clean and cozy.
