Avoid like the plague. Totally scammed a senior citizen. 3 quotes between 500-600 before they arrived, arrived on time, and then took their sweet time to jack up the cost as high as possible. She had moved twice before and paid between 400 and 500 to go from a downstairs to an up and then from an upstairs to a down. This moved cost her close to 900 dollars by the time they were done. And nothing was into their rooms, ALL the boxes were just dropped off in the Living Room per request to save time. The owner... WOW! Let's talk about harassing to the point of bringing an old lady to tears and thinking she might need to call the cops when he showed up at the door unannounced. If you have any issues that need resolved he's just like out there. Would never use again, never recommend, and would advise to use ANYONE but them.

We moved two weeks ago and searched for tampa moving companies before we did. We found Tampa Mover by searching for tampa moving companies and had a really positive experience. The crew showed up exactly when they stated they would and all of them were very professional in their behavior and appearance. They were friendly and approachable and listened to my concerns about certain items we needed to move. I had several fragile pieces of antique furniture and they took every conceivable care with them and handled them beautifully. Every member of Tampa Mover's crew was very fast with their work and positive and finished very quickly. They took much less time than I thought they would need to do the job on top of everything else. I would say they were professional, quick and efficient. I've moved a number of times and I would say that Tampa Mover was the best and most trustworthy moving company I have ever had, in Tampa or elsewhere.

I was contacted and asked to give my opinion of Secure Movers. I had just returned from Afghanistan and, out of desperation, contacted a moving company to come and move my stuff for me. I had attempted to use a moving company before I deployed, but couldn’t find a reputable one who would return my calls or emails. The only company that did respond – Apartment Movers – rescheduled/canceled my move three times with no advance notice; including the day before I left the country. Because of that company, I ended up hiring random people online to move my stuff and it was a disaster. I contacted Secure Movers/Tampa Mover the day after I got back to Florida and the lady on the phone assured me they could be trusted, I was very wary, but I decided to give them a chance and we scheduled the move for a couple of days later. The movers showed up on time, handled and moved all of my stuff carefully and when I offered to help they told me to just relax and let them do all the work. They took the time to wrap and protect everything and nothing was damaged or lost when they were finished. The movers were polite, professional and sociable and I was really impressed. I am so happy I took a chance and hired Tampa Mover. Next time I move, Tampa Mover is the ONLY company I will call. I have recommended them to all of my friends, family and fellow soldiers and you should use them too. I have nothing to gain from writing this, I just like to give credit where credit is due and I believe in supporting local businesses; especially honest and reliable ones like Tampa Mover!

I used these guys under the name Secure Movers in Tampa. In the description it tells you that they are professional, timely, no smoking, uniformed personnel, etc. I talked with Mickey. I also talked with Aleesha who is the assistant. I had a difficult job for them to do (moving one smaller house to a larger house) and the 3 guys that did it, did fairly well with the exception of stopping at a convenience store on my time because I didn't have any water for them. One of the guys asked me not to call Secure Movers for my second move out of a storage unit and to just call him personally. I didn't because I'm a small business owner myself and I don't like when employees attempt to divert jobs. The guys also backed the moving truck into my front yard, ripping the sod from it. They almost couldn't get their truck out. But other than that, and taking much longer than scheduled - it got done and they weren't worse than previous movers we used so I scheduled them to come back to do a simple job - moving from a storage unit to my house. They come back, and it was like they worked in slow motion. A job that took my husband and myself 2 hours took them 4 hours. They had 3 guys (more expensive) when the assistant told me it would be a 2 man job. This time they scratched our wall and they couldn't move a bed into a room that my husband and I ended up doing while they were still there. I called the office while the guys were still there and let them know that I was dissatisfied and they gave me the runaround. Aleesha promised that she would call me back after she spoke with Mickey that next day...that was a week ago! The company has misrepresented itself stating, "Mickey’s team is a dedicated professionally certified team, which prides itself on complete customer satisfaction." That wasn't my experience. Also Mickey lies when he says, “Treat the customer better than the customer expects to be treated.” I didn't expect to be treated the way that I was, and when I complained I essentially got the hand. DO NOT use this moving company.

Affordable and Professional Tampa Movers. I want to give you a feedback for the move you guys did on 10/21. I was extremely happy with the moving. Chris, Glenn and Govany were very professional and polite. They did the excellent job in moving my 3-bedroom house without any problem. They worked hard for almost 6-7 hours and made sure all the things are moved properly. Great job and I'm very thankful for the great service you provided.
