I do not even want to give this business a rating of one. They do not deserve even that much. Do not take anything to this business. I took a watch for a new band and they broke the face of the watch. They kept the watch to repair it. This was on 5/31/14. I called many times and they said they were looking for a part. I finally contacted BBB because it had been over 2 1/2 months. When BBB contacted them they sent it to Gucci to be repaired. They broke the watch and agreed to repair it until they could not find a used replacement piece. When they found out from Gucci that the repair was over $300 they are refusing to repair it. Unfortuately I have heard terrible things about this business but it was not until after I had stopped in for they to put on a new band. The owner does not even have the decency to talk to me. He has one of his employees call and say that he is not paying to repair it.
