Well have had nothing but poor service and bad luck with these people. Bought my fifth wheel last October. It has had problems since the day they delivered it. I battled with the Poulsbo location where I bought it because of many issues to include no heat, flooding from pipes that were not connected and the smell of propane inside. I had to pay $250 to have it taken to Sumner because "the issue I am having is way above the mechanics abilities in Poulsbo". I made them a video outlining each issue. I have had it back for a 3 weeks. The heat works when it wants, the air conditioner now only works when it wants, it is still leaking under the bed in the pop out to the point there is rust and mold. I have left 3 messages for the service manager Charlie no reply. I left a message for the Marketing Director again no reply. This company will take your money and leave you completely screwed. I have contacted the BBB, WA State Attorney General and everywhere I ever go I will make sure people know how I was treated and the product they don't stand behind.

Sumner seemed to find that perfect spot in the middle, giving you all the help you wanted without feeling pushy and aggressive. I would never buy from another dealership!!! EVER!

I thought they did just fine would love to get a new one in a few think we might switch to 5th wheel I suggest to all who are frustrated is to read your owners manual

This Place is Amazing Bought a Trailer and The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly to me and their Dog is very friendly and a great family there. He is low key, easy to talk to, and patient. He had no problems finding out the smallest details for us from the manufactures (time and time again!). We have had nothing but good experiences with Sumner RV....from the people in the sales office to the service department. We have had a few issues with our 5th wheel and Justin has bent over backwards to get things fixed so we could get back on the road. I would hesitate to go anywhere else to purchase an RV.

The preowned store will go out of there way to help you. I am in my 2nd jeep the frost one did not come from the preowned store. And I did not have a good time and the jeep was a lemon. But the jeep store changed my mind I am happy with my jeep now and would recommend the preowned store to anyone who is looking for a jeep. I will only by from the guys at the preowned store.

My husband and I had looked at hundreds of rvs during our search and spoke with many dealerships. I felt that all of the other dealerships were at one extreme or another, either so pushy they didn't give you room to breathe or so passive that you couldn't get any help if you wanted it whereas Sumner seemed to find that perfect spot in the middle, giving you all the help you wanted without feeling pushy and aggressive. My wife and I purchased a Wind River travel trailer from Sumner RV. This is our second trailer upgrading from a Forest River R-pod. When we decided to upgrade we looked at several trailers which took us to most of the dealerships between Fife and Kent. I agree with the previous reviewer in that the dealerships were all over the board in how they interacted with us. At sumner Christine was our sales rep and we couldn't have been happier with her. She was extremely patient with us as we looked at what must have seemed like every trailer on their lot and again when we visited both the Tacoma and Seattle RV shows finally selecting the Wind River 240RKSW. Every time time we saw Christine she met us with a big smile and made us feel like life long friends. Kudos also to Larry and Heather for making us feel at home and providing a smooth purchasing expirience. We never felt pressured in any way. Thanks also to Tim who walked us through our trailer in detail and answered all of our questions. Our final decision was based on the floor plan and color scheme but we were also impressed with the quality of the Outdoors RV product line. The videos on their web site went a long way in swaying our decision. We also want to extend a big thank you to Steve, the district rep who we met at the Tacoma RV show. Steve was very helpful in making sure we got the right trailer for our needs. We also appreciated his humor, which was colored with just the right amount of cynicism. We highly recommend Sumner RV and would purchase from them again without reservations.

We are buying Arctic Fox Trailer and are totally happy. Went to the RV show and Scott was the only sales person that would take time with us. He's very informative and takes time with us. Everyone there seems very honest and not pushy at all. Justin putting in a new hitch and very happy with him. We also talked with Kristine and we were happy with her too. We would use this company again. Thanks to them we'll be going on Happy Trails soon :)
