To Everyone at Barry's Auto, I want to thank everyone for being part of such a great business.We bought our Denali back in December,and we couldn't be happier.We didn't think we would be able to finance the vehicle, but Barry's made it happen! The next day,we were able to sign and drive. I am so thankful that we have a vehicle to fit all 3 of our kids. When we bought the Denali, we requested the Afghan Veteran license plates. When there was a lack of communication between DMV and the VA, Barry's was on it, they bent over backwards for us to make sure we got our plates.Barry's made many phone calls on our behalf.Definitely went above and beyond, really amazing. About a month after we bought it, the steering sensor needed replacing. We brought it in to be fixed, and thought we'd have to pay. When we picked it up, the mechanic (sorry I don't remember his name!) said that we were all set. The sensor was replaced for free. Now that is great customer service! Sincerely, Chelsee Gilbert
