vote of no confidence ,I was told parts were ordered and they had no control over how long the parts would take to come in.
After having my boat for 6 weeks I got an email stating the engine would need to be replaced because there was oil getting into the engine and it would not turn over. My reply was, I started it before I brought it to King Marine to flush out the antifreeze they
requested. Kings reply was maybe it is just hydro locked, I will pull the plugs and try to crank it over. I was then informed it turned over and they said it was bore scoped and the rust was only superficial. They will only have to replace the exhaust manifold and risers because they probably had cracks that let the water in. After 8 weeks and hearing nothing from them, I picked my boat up with nothing done.
I wish I had looked at all the negative reviews on various sites before taking it to King !

I will also post this review on other site to help others in their selection of boat repair shops.

I will never go there again, after paying a lot of money my boat is still not running right. And when I took my boat back to have it checked it set for almost 3 weeks without anything being done to it.

And when I stopped by the shop because they didnt return any of my calls the best I get is I'm a one man operation. Nice

Just had my boat serviced at King Marine and couldn't be happier. Dean made sure I understood everything they did and why. And so reasonable. Nice doing business with such professionals

They will rip you off they will fit the part still good, you don't even know

Heather from King Marine was very helpful in trying to locate a part for me. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend King Marine Outboard Service Center
