The place is nice. Definitely a lot of very pretty and high quality dresses there.... They can be expensive but worth it. I went there on a Monday evening and talked with one of the girls and she was extremely helpful. I told her my budget (which was low) and she was able to find a lot of gorgeous dresses for me. I ended up putting on this expensive princess dress on for fun (my friends made me do it) and the boning in the corset part was poking out of the dress. I new I could fix it myself easily and The lady was nice enough to give me 30% off because of the damage, which put it in my price range! The reason, however, that I am giving to stars is because I put it on hold (and she put a note saying he dress was 30% off) and said I would pick it up on Tuesday. I ended up having to work last second on Tuesday so I called and asked if I could pick it up on Wednesday, they said it was fine but when I asked the girl on the phone if I still had the 30% off because of damage, she responded back (quite rudely) that it wasn't damaged and there was no way they could give me 30% off, she also denied seeing the note on the tag with my name on it. I came in on Wednesday and asked the girl again and showed her the note that was clearly on the tag and she almost looked like she was ready for a fight! She was very rude and unprofessional. I had to try on the dress while she leaned against the wall with her arms crossed, then when I came out I turned around and showed her the damage (I was a bit bitter about it...I was irritated by her attitude) so she asked me if 30% was good and I said "unless you wanna give me more"....I was really irritated since I never got an apology for her behavior. My advice for Camille LA vie would be to train their salespeople to be kind and understanding, they shouldn't raise their voice, back talk customers, or be rude in anyway. A lot of girls who come in are going to be stressed and on edge as it is. They should also know when their wrong and when they should apologize.....
