If I could give lower than a star I would. Four years ago we paid Mr. Fink and one his associates a total of $2500.00 for a bankruptcy. After repeated attempts to contact his associate, I finally decided to call the main office and ask for a refund. His secretary said that she had just gotten our file from his associate and Mr. Fink wanted to know how we wanted to proceed. I said I would like a refund as we are in Riverside county and would prefer to go to someone our here. We had never met with Mr. Fink just his associate whom. When Mr. Fink finally returned our phone call call he said no refund as he has done a lot of work on our case. We asked to send us all the paperwork and he did. It was photocopies of work that his associate did and a lot of paperwork we had never even seen before including the cost for a bankruptcy and information on chapter 13. funny thing is we never even discussed what chapter we would be filing. Do not recommend this firm at all.
