There is an extremely rude hostess working there on 9/27/2015 afternoon, Who would not let us in even though we were not having drinks, just wanted a meal. One of us forgot our drivers license evidently if you are not a drinker you don't get in this horrible overrated place. It was a birthday and a soon to be bride celebration.

Great place great atmosphere great service excellent food very good enjoyed the burger last night I would go again but for the lucky13 challenge I will conquer it.

The best burgers, yes they are that good.

First time went I got the Bear burger, big burger and a lot of Habanero. Loved it, next time and every time go now get ring of fire with extra Habanero's. Just the right size.

Absolutely horrible service. My husband and I recently tried Lucky 13 after hearing how fantastic the food was. I wish I could comment on that, but we never received any. After placing our order with our server, we never saw him again. After :40 of waiting patiently while watching other tables around us get their food, we began to question whether or not our order ever made it to the kitchen. When we snagged a passing by waitress she was rude and condescending. When we commented to her again about :15 later, she was outrite hostile. With an exaggerated sigh and an eye-roll she made no excuses, gave no explanation and walked off. I consider myself a fairly easy-going patron but I was outraged. Not even an apology from the owner would be enough for me to give Lucky 13 another chance.
