All I can say is that I am ever so glad that I did not take the negative review to heart. I just had an excellent experience! My nails were done exactly how I like them, even though this was my first visit to this establishment. PERFECTLY done! Also, my eyebrows, after treatment and advice that I gladly welcomed, look fantastic. In summary, perhaps the person who precedes my review made an error and really meant her/his review for another place of business. It certainly couldn't have been meant for Diamond Nails. I've found my new salon with warmth and great customer service.

Horrible customer service and poor quality of work. I had my nails done here after a co-worker told me that they specialiazed in doing glitter colored powder acrylic nails. When I arrived at diamond nails, they had a very limited selection of colors to chose from for colored powder. The lady that did my nails litterally did not know what she was doing!! She put numerous coats of acrylic on my nails, when she should have only done one. She took 2 hours to do a full set. I was extremely disappointed with the way my nails looked after she had completed them. The next day, I called the manager and complained, but she disagreed with me and told me that the nail technician had been there fro 15 years and she is very experienced. The manager refused to give me a refund and wanted to charge me $10 to take them off!!!! Complete waste of $35 for me, and a lesson learned. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
