Very unwelcoming!

We got to the restaurant for dinner, it was pouring with rain, on the side door was a note saying to use main door, so off we go to the main door. When we went in the hostess didn't welcome us, just asked how many for dinner, disappeared for a while, we stood there waiting, then she comes back to ask us if we could use the side door as they were remodelling! So we said "we just went to the side door and it says to enter this way!" Not to mention the people behind us had a small child with them, considering it was raining the hostess didn't seem to care! So we decided not to eat here and left! My boyfriend however went in through the side door to complain, if they were remodelling why not make it more accommodating to diners and change the note on the door?! The guy he spoke to didn't seem to care less! His reply was " we're remodelling" Utterly ridiculous! If you're remodelling and still decide to stay open you need to compromise and make your guests feel welcome! Rude people, very unwelcoming, not a first good impression!!!

I highly suggest using this company! The locksmith was very knowledgeable and experienced as well.

This used to be a great place to eat!!!! The last 2 time we went were disappointing at best. The sause was not as good as unseasoned Ragu. The $70 stuffed veal chop was burned, and the service was possibly the worst ever. When I wrote to the owner and complained, he didn't even have the decency to respond. I left a $100 gift card because I couldn't think of someone I didn't like that I would send there.

Some seriously good Italian food served up by the DiMarco family from Valle San Giovanni (vallesangiovanni.com) in the Abruzzo Region of Italy. Definitely worth a visit.
