***DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!***

This is a lengthy review, but you need to be made aware!

We took our vehicle for a brake inspection. We are told by "Mrs. A" to "go get some lunch" and they would call when the diagnosis was complete. Over an hour later, we walked back and we're told that our truck was "too heavy" for their lift, and they had to put it on a different one and it took longer. No big deal. We're also told we needed calipers, brake pads, and rotors and the QUOTE was about $1300. We explained we had a warranty. She called but they were closed, so she said she would contact them on Monday (which was a holiday). Because our truck is on a rack, taken apart, they offered a free "loaner car" that was a 2009 Chrysler POS that had no working radio, was filthy inside, reeked of stale cigarettes, and had body damage (that we didn't notice until after we had already left). She said not to worry about the lights on the dash, that it ran fine, and she knew it wasn't what we were used to driving but there would be no charge. We weren't too concerned since we fully expected our truck back in a couple of days. Fast forward FOUR DAYS, after multiple phone calls and still no total costs provided. Then we get a call that the work had been completed WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, and that the price was higher because they had to use "heavy duty" parts because of the size of our truck, to the tune of over $2,000. After going around and around, they said they were going to "cover" the costs of the additional labor and our warranty deductible because of their failures. A FULL WEEK LATER I finally picked up our truck. I paid the bill and left. Today, our insurance company contacts us to advise that a claim had been filed for the "damage" to the loaner car!! WHAT?!? The damage that was being claimed was already on the car! I called a general manager and told him what had happened. I also forwarded him some texts from the actual mechanic who worked on our truck saying he had quit because he didn't like the way they "handled our ticket". Then, I get a call from someone named Joe (whom I discovered is "Mrs. A"s husband) just a bit ago. He started off the conversation by saying we should have called him when we damaged the car. I IMMEDIATELY corrected him! The damage was already there. As a matter of fact it's been the so long, it's already rusted over. He admitted that it was "wrong" for his wife to file the claim with our insurance, but only because "perhaps we would want to settle it without getting them involved". I assured him, everything would go through our insurances' investigation, because we're not paying for damage we didn't do. He said he was going to look at the cameras tomorrow (he said he has 16 of them). Good thing my attorney is right next door to them, it looks as they may be dealing with each other soon.

Came for an oil change I got on groupon and I am NEVER coming back. Saw the manager/owner be incredibly rude to another customer and turn him away because it was "almost 4 o'clock". Not coming back here because I'm not going to pay for someone to yell at me if and when the time comes.

They will screw you! Don't go there!!

They rebuilt my engine on my 2004 Toyota canary and got 3 years warranty for $500 less than the lowest price I got I highly recomand d.i.b beltway location

This place was horrible. Will not EVER be back and I do not recomend
