Here on vacation and urgently needed to see a Vet . Dr. Kaser worked our dog in that day. Found Dr. Kaser and her staff to be very professional and very caring. Needed to call back two day later with some questions and found them to be very patient and helpful.

Decided to give Pine Lakes Animal Hospital a try after having a terrible experience at Shelton's in Bunnell (Stay away from Sheltons). The staff at Pine Lakes were professional and extremely nice. I will continue going in the future.

Highly recommend Dr. Kaiser. She did a great job with my pet's surgery and the staff is very welcoming.

The post by "anonymous" is an inaccurate account of the case. The pet was never diagnosed with heart disease - additional diagnostics were recommended to aid in a diagnosis of heart disease vs cancer. The case was reviewed by several vets including a boarded internist which agreed the case was worked up properly. "anonymous" does not understand the normal diagnostic procedures need to accurately diagnose disease.

Could not recommend this Clinic or Vet. Had a horrible experience. Cat was improperly diagnosed and ultimately died of a tumor in the chest when they diagnosed Cardiac problem. Did not find much experience with this place or the vet and could not trust them in the future. Keep looking.

I highly recommend this vet. She is very knowledgeable and caring, My dog dealt with skin problems for years and other vets just gave her pills that would work for a short period of time then stop working. She actually diagnosed the problem and my dog has been great ever since.
