Minus starts!!! The gentleman behind the counter was not rude, just indifferent...like he could care less what my needs were. So hubby took some pants in to get pressed. Glad I looked at them. There was a crease pressed into them. These are not supposed to have a crease....beach-type pants, not suit pants. Argh! So I ran back knowing they were closing tonite for the 3-day holiday weekend. The guy at the counter called his two owners and both said no, apparently, they would not heat up the pressers again today. The counter guy just shrugged his shoulders. The little weasle didn't even offer a refund. They didn't do the job correctly! I took them down the street (like I should have done in the first place) and she'll get them ready by tomorrow morning. By the way, if your dry cleaning was hanging in that store? Both doors were propped open....it was steamy and raining. Your clothes might not be as crisp as you expected. I will never set foot in this store again.

Love this cleaners! They have amazing customer service. They are family owned and care about their customers and the quality of their service. I totally recommend them!!

This is place is terrible they ruined 6 of my shirts mid level on the sleeve. The owners claims it's the way I sit and rest my arm. He is not reimbursing me and not making it up to his client. Worse place ever and he has no customer service.

My wife dropped off 7 shirts, 6 were returned, 1 had the sleeve ripped off mid-arm. My wife was told that she could have a store credit equal to the value of the shirt $40. They then deducted the amount of the cleaning service $17.50 including the destroyed shirt from the credit. When I went back to dispute the bill and request reimbursement in a non-store credit form, the owner argued with me and said he made no such agreement with my wife. After 25 minutes he gave me $20, 1/2 the value of the shirt.

If you desire to have your property destroyed, pay double the cost of the actual cleaning, and have your spouse called a liar, this is your place. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
