Dr. Blacknall is great at making patients feel at ease, explaining the process/procedure that needed to take place, and helps keep the normal "dental fears" at bay. He worked around my crazy work schedule to make sure that we could get what I needed done taken care of sooner rather than later to prevent a larger problem from arising. The waiting room is comfortable, inviting for children, and the staff is wonderful. Everyone is always smiling.



I came to Dr. Blacknall for a second opinion on a toothache that I had been experiencing that another dentist said wasn't an issue. Upon examination, it was found that I had a cavity. The procedure (filling) was quick and painless. I will forever be a patient while I live in the KC Metro.

Absolutely awesome staff! Beautiful office and advanced technology. I love the attention to detail from Dr. Frank and the friendly accommodating staff.

Although they may be nice to kids or those with no dental fears, they do have limits to their kindness. I had a 3 1/2 hour appointment scheduled and asked that they not sit me all the way forward since I use gas and in that position it is very uncomfortable. I asked that they only put the chair up part of the way. After all they've been nice about in the past couple months, they offered to recommend another dentist. So, as long as you fall within their strict sense of care-giving, you'll be fine. But if you have the thought to ask something of them to make your visit a little more comfortable, you may want to consider a dentist that actually considers people to be different and are flexible enough to handle them.

They are always nice and very friendly. Great with kids too
