      Sat morning, March 05, I visited the MWC location & was assisted by David.

      Time on ticket 803a.

      I got to job-site and realized that this buffer was not a high-speed buffer.

      Called David immediately told him I would be returning it and he said he would have to charge me for a full day? Mind you, less than 40 min had passed from pick up.

      He said that the south location had what I needed. David assured me that this location had what I needed.

      I get to the south location, & it was Not the machine I needed. I was assured, David with 20yrs exp. knew!!

      My question is if David knew what he was doing then why was I told that the south location "Had" what I needed and they "Did Not"

      I was taken advantage of.

      I was still charged for a full day for nothing!

      I assure that surely your company after being in bussiness since the 50's would have better business ethics to stand by than such!
