On Saturday morning 6/8/13 my daughter was graduating from North Central College in Naperville. I wanted to get her a bouquet of flowers. I had found an internet listing for Celidan Creations which was right on our way to NCC. I mistakenly thought it said the store opened at 8:30 am, but on Saturdays they do not open til 9 am. We arrived shortly before 8:30 am. My husband saw someone inside the store and knocked, because we were confused by my mistake about the time the store opened. My husband explained what we needed, and although the store was not yet open for business, he was invited in, an absolutely beautiful bouquet was made for us on the spot, and the price was extremely reasonable. My husband and I can not say enough to praise this business for their treatment of us. It was completely amazing!

We use them all the time. You call them, tell them what you want, and they put it together. Friendly too.

We have called them for every occasion from school dances to hospital visits to birthdays and always been pleased with the creativity, quality and service. They have gone out of their way with deliveries, driving the extra miles to make sure the customer receives their order. I have called them for over ten years and always been more than satisfied. We continue to give their name as a referral our friends are happy as well!

Celidan really dropped the ball for our June 2005 wedding. They didn't come through with the flowers they promised (poppies) , AND they didn't even call to let me know! I found out when I called to check 3 days before the wedding. On top of it all, they were RUDE about it. When I asked what they planned on doing to rectify the situation, our consultant said: "We're not even making anything on this wedding at this point." When the owner offered to send us a free bouquet after our honeymoon, an employee said: "Yeah. We'll probably have poppies by then." Needless to say, we didn't call for our free flowers. I don't recommend Celidan to ANYONE.
