since they change the management and ownership this place is rocket. Best pedicures every, best nails art designs. They are so friendly, and fun, they all can communicate and make sure your service is great. oh, forget to mention they have full bar, and cocktail drinks. Haven!!!

I have been to this place a couple of times, but today was the absolute worst. I was supposed to get coffin nails and they are square shaped, the nail polish look like a five-year-old painted my nails I have polish on my skin

With the new management I feel that I am in good hands again. There is new equipment all about around. And those new pedi spa's are amazing! Plus, being open on Sunday makes it possible for my wife to get her nails looking amazing.

Poor service, long wait times, do not stand by their work, and more concerned with making money rather than pleasing their customers. Very very disappointed by this service

This was the worst pedicure I've EVER gotten in my life. My lady screamed at me after I asked her nicely if she would cut my nails straight across instead of rounding the edges (sometimes that gives me ingrown toenails when they cut too far down on edges). She screamed "I know, I don't do that"!! And then kept giving me dirty looks and rolling her eyes at me and breathing really loud like I was such a nuisance to her. She would jerk my foot when she wanted it in a certain spot...not just gently place it where she wanted it like other places do. She didn't give me a leg massage like all the other nail techs around her were doing and she wasn't even going to give me hot towels until I asked for them after I saw my sister getting hers. She didn't scrub the bottoms of my feet. And when she was putting my flip flops back on, she messed up the polish on my big toe and barely even fixed it. There's a big gouge in my nail..she should have taken polish off and did again real quick but instead just dotted polish into the gouge! I was there with my sisters and mom to have a nice day but she completely ruined it. My toes look awful and she was so rude and hateful that she made me cry. There is no "so happy" about this place! I wish I could attach a picture of my botched pedicure for everyone to see. Now I have to go to another place today to get my toes fixed. HORRIBLE PEDICURE, HORRIBLE TREATMENT!! They don't even deserve one star....I would give them zero stars if it let me...

Not So Happy

This place has terrible customer service. They rush you to choose a color, then tell you the color is ugly. The have little patience and zero people skills. I'm amazed they are still in business.
