I just had outpatient surgery at Doctor's Medical Center (DMC). The whole experience for me was wonderful. The Same Day Surgery center people were wonderful, attended to my needs. The Anesthesiologist & the Operating Room staff as well as the recovery room staff were great (in other words, everyone in that department were great). If I had to do it again, I'd have surgery there again. It beats the other place where I had surgery done before.

I brought my husband to the ER yesterday morning, my husband suffers from COPD, the staff there was good, at the ER, but the service was terrible! We got there at 9:30 Am he was admitted to his room at 6:pm to South Tower 2nd floor. Then he gets released by noon time today, get home and almost passes out , he wasn't ready to come home, nurse there and the doctor have a lack of communication when it comes to the patient health! Nurses never tried to walk my husband down the hall way to make sure he could walk and not loose his breath, that was why he got admitted in the first place!

Worst experience of my life. I have fibromyalgia. I was treated as a drug addict. Attending physician actually tried to have me committed. Morning shift social worker released me. I overheard a male nurse tell another I was a whack job. Attendants were nasty, rude, cruel. I have thought about filing a lawsuit. No caring, no concern. Horrible creepy place. Obviously they only treat drug addicts. No one else would be crazy enough to go there.
