I am so upset with a perm that I got on 7/17/2013. My hair is naturally wavy and I wanted curls. It was discussed at length before the employee began. When it was all said and done I could not tell the difference at all of how my was before and after. There was not a single curl. I complained and she said she would re-perm it in three days and set the appointment which would have been Saturday morning. Friday morning I tried to get ready for my day and became disgusted further when my hair just looked the same but now dryer from the perm. I went in Friday afternoon to complain and the run around I got was horrible. I was told I would have to use product and by a defuser for my blow dryer. The employee did this while I was there and still no difference. I advised that I was over it and I wanted my money back. I was told I would have to deal with the owner. It is now Monday 5 messages later and the owner has not called. I dislike this place and their treatment. I would advise everyone not to go there.

I made an appt to have my hair colored by lets call her Bert, three days in advanced. I walk in and she knows I'm there and she decides to take a guy and cut his hair after thirty minutes of waiting and she says nothing I walked out... On several while coloring your hair they would leave you waiting so they can get more customers, even with product sitting in your hair over processing. It's not about customer service as it appears to be the money... Crappy place...oh and when they are in a rush watch out for the uneven and butch haircuts.
