      Luis is a very good colorist. He's not that great with the cut: sometimes you get a decent one, sometimes you don't. My last cut was a complete disaster.

      During my holidays this August I went to Luis Vivas for keratin treatment and haircut. Today after 4 weeks of suffering I had my haircut repaired in a different salon and the hairdresser was impressed by the old one and asked where it was done - it was done by Vanessa - hairstylist. The owner of the salon - presumably the Luis Vivas - persuded me that the haircut was hat I asked for. Vanessa explained that mz hair did not blend, because it was damaged and I had less hair on one side of my scalp. :) I used hairdressers regularly for years and nobody used such a compalin before. They behaved to me with a disrespect not at all interested in the quality of their work. I DEFINITELY DID NOT ASK FOR GETTING A BAD HAIRCUT. Pls, avoid this place, do not waste your money and loose your hair. The hairdresser did not ask how much I wanted the haie cut, and when I saw it, it was too late. It takes about 1 year to regrow what she cut. Thus, minus 150 USD, minus 1 year worth hair, the fact that their "best quality keratin" does not keep my hair stright is just minor. Such salons shoudl not have a licence.

      i WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
