Very professional and kind. I have three small dogs and sheila the owner does a great job with them. I'd recommend anyone take their dog there for care.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly groomer. Salon is very clean and organized .. my dog was treated with excellent care love. Am looking forward to our next visit.

This place was ridiculous. I started going to them and they use to take 3 hours for my 2 dogs which already seemed high, then the time frame slowly upped. The last two times I went they had my dogs for SIX HOURS!!! Unacceptable, because of their over booking, my dogs had to sit in their dirty crates for hours. When I use to call just to make sure the dogs were ok, they use to get really rude and tell me to wait for their call. I do NOT recommend this place, like the previous reviewer stated, this place doesn't even deserve the one star.

Would NOT recommend at all! They do not take care of your pet, and unfortunately our pets can't talk. From what I witnessed, they have no concept about caring for an animal. Their ad is misleading about a caring atmosphere. Do yourself and your family member (pet) a favor and skip this establishment!

This salon did not take very good care of my pet. They did not seem to know how to deal with dogs. My dog came out very upset (as did I) after their rudeness. Their ad claimed to be very calm and soothing to pets, but that was not the case. I definitely will not be back. I am fussy about where I take my dog because he cannot talk and tell me how he was treated out of my sight. *One star is too good for this establishment.
