Provided by YPmobileIt's ran like a cattle farm. They don't care about you. They just want the money they can get from your insurance co. We left an urgent message twice on Fri. afternoon so my wife wouldn't run out of meds for the weekend. It never got taken car of, so she had to go without.

Provided by YP.comI was a patient there and everything was going well and one day, they called and cancelled all my appointment and told me to reschedule, I did, when I came home the new appointments had been cancelled on my voice mail. They called to ask me to reschedule and I did. The next day, a male called and cancelled the new appointments on my voice male. . I called to inquire what the problem was and was overly nice. I asked to speak to someone. They were very rude to me despite my being OVERLY syrupy nice. I never received an explanation nor a call back from the director or any contact even though they knew I was in distress. I then became NOT nice and reported them. "Then" they called and offered me one of the cancelled appointments when the therapist was allegedly not going to be in the office I declined.. I have no idea what went wrong but it was not a good experience for a patient with mental health issues and they couldn't care less.
