They took really good care of my dog when I took her in. But I only signed up for the puppy one year plan. I forgot after that year they get you by automatically renewing you for the adult plan. When I called to cancel they said they could only give me back a months payment back even though I never used the adult plan and didn't want it. If anyone else gets the puppy plan then remember to keep an eye out to cancel before the renew and screw you over too with the adult plan. Not happy.
