Friendly, knowledgeable, staff. Only pet store I will shop at anymore. What they don't have, they will order for you.

Only pet store in this area that gives educational advice, as oppose to other pet stores who don’t have a clue what they’re talking about. They’re all super kind and they help as best as they can. Very comfortable feel to the store as well. Definitely suggest coming here as oppose to other stores if you can!

Vary nice people! And great little shop all soon to be pets seem to be in great shap, others then there salt water. I have had my tank for over 2 years no problems runs great. I hear about pets general from a younger guy just starting in the hobby, so I go in and everyone is so nice and they know there stuff for sure. but i ended but getting frag and took it home and with in one day my other corals around it started to change for the bad on day two I noticed my fish starting to get find rot. Every thing is okay now that I have treated my tank and gave the frag right back to them.So the worst part is they took it back, I didn't ask for cash plus there was no refund by them and that's when the guy who sold it to me said everything in this tank seems to be coming back for the same reason.

We love this pet store! They actually care -- they have knowledge and dont mind to share it with you, they listen to what you want & help you avoid picking a bad mix of critter life in your tank, they even check your tank water for free!! If you stop in you will love this pet store as well--- they are great!!

Most helpful with freshwater conversion to saltwater.They even babysit my birds on vacation.Will not shop anywhere else.Mom and pop stores rule big coperate sux!

All of the employees as well as the owner have been key in helping me with my Mbuna's health, eating habits, water conditions, filtering problems and their new larger tank set-up that is almost now up and running. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. If they don't have a specific fish you're looking for, they are more than happy to get it. Thanks guys!

I love this shop for the knowledgable staff and kindness you get as soon as you walk in the door. Anyone that needs any advice on fish should stop in here. If you ever want something special then just ask them and they will give it to you. I am a lifelong customer.

I saw the other review - and had to leave one. The guys at this store are great. They carry a lot of really good products and are always willing to help if I can't find something. They are also very knowledgable on product and won't steer you the wrong way. When you walk into the store, you're welcomed. If you go to Petsmart at the marcs plaza - you walk in and are met with a bunch of kids who are doing JUST enough to get thier paycheck.



I like to shop local - and this store is a great example. I wish there were more stores like it!

This store is one of the only stores in lakewood, Ohio that carrys a saltwater selection. The store is never willing to work out a deal and wouldn't even give me a dollar for 100 saltwater snails that i ordered on ebay. I had to many and have a small tank.
