Business does not value their word on return policy. They are a fraud and the definition of bad business. They are the reason we have the Better Business Bureau. A 15 day warranty and on day 3 noticed slow leak and they will not replace tire. MUCH BETTER place has 30 day warranty and values their word and better prices is off Memorial call Used Tires also has good ratings. We paid 140 for two tires one with a 2 plugs in it and the other with a slow leak in the tread. The place called "Used Tires will value their warranty and got a great tire in better shape without plugs from nails etc. For 40 bucks. YOU have been warned they are terrible cut corners and do not value their word. Just go to the place off Memorial Drive much better business for price and of all things their word on return policy.

If I were you I would look elsewhere !!!!!! They will rip you off. My brother showed me just how dishonest they are, we both checked the out the same tire and we got two different prices. his was about $20 cheaper and he didn't try to get the price reduced at all. I wonder how many women they have ripped off?

A great place for tires! Wonderful customer service, affordable, amazing turn around time and their service-people pay attention and know what they're doing! Our Toyota Tundra has a tire sensor which displays on the dash board when the pressure is low. One year after buying the truck and service tech from Toyota damaged the pin making the display light remain on constantly. I took it to the dealership seven separate times and no one could explain why it was still on. First time at Tire Capital the tech installing the new tires showed me the broken pin and asked if the sensor light had been on. We will always return to Tire Capital for our tires. If more customers knew about them, the big chains would be out of business locally.
