In November 2020, we started a new chapter under the ownership of Tim Metcalf, Greg Metcalf and Ken Boudreaux. Our new owners bring a combined total of over 75 years of restaurant industry experience, and they look forward to spending many more years here at Prejean's. Unfortunately, this place has seen better days. The food is lackluster and close to overpriced. It has been up and down over the years and there is always hope.
