I used Protech for my personal and business vehicles. I have found them to be very professional and care about your business and your vehicle. If your sick of getting "taken" by mechanics that barely know more than you, then check these guys out. The bays, the waiting area and even the bathrooms are immaculate and that IS an important indicator. You can even watch by video monitor the staff attending to your vehicle.

I just got my car serviced at Protech for the first time today. I was a bit skeptical at first, but they were great! I had a previous estimate from the dealership for work that they said needed to be done right away. The technician took me out to the car and showed me everything that was wrong with it, and they gave me a written estimate that spelled out what needed to be done now, and what could wait until after the holidays. Their estimate was hundreds less than the dealer, and the warranty on the repairs was better. I'll be a customer for life!

With 3 used vehicles, we are always trying to stay on top of the maintenance. ProTech is the best garage around! They help me make informed decisions about what repairs need to be made & which can wait. They tell me what the impact the repairs will have, or won't have. Rarely in my life can I make informed decisions about a topic I have limited knowledge about...but ProTech gives me the knowledge I want and need. I'll never go anywhere else!

horrible place to get service. used wrong parts resulting in major repairs . owner named Tony is ignorant, condescending and rude. Go to a dealer its worth the money

Finally an honest mechanic! We started taking our cars here a year or two ago. We've had nothing but good experiences. They never try to gouge us or try to scare us into unnecessary services or repairs. The staff is friendly and greets me by name. They've been very accommodating in several urgent situations. Recently, my car bottomed out and I heard a sound from underneath. I took it to them to check it out and it turned out that nothing important was damaged. I was ready to pay them just for their time checking it out, but to my surprise they charged nothing!

I love this place. Professional, excellent service. Friendly helpful staff.

The technicians know their trade. I had a big problem. My oil gasket was broken

by the last place I had my oil change. I had gone to several establishments and

noone could get the cap off. Protech took the task on and did a great job.

I was on my way to a wedding and they saved the day.

Very satisfied with my experience at this shop. The employees look and act professional and have no problem answering my questions. Really enjoyed the accommodations in the waiting area. Can't believe they vacuumed my floors and cleaned the dashboard. What other place does that?

Protech is awesome ! They are honest, caring and affordable. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. There is a great coffee shop/snack bar as well as WI-FI for the business person on the go. I highly recommend this establishment for any maintenance and repairs. You will not be disappointed.
