DO NOT TRUST THIS CLEANER! Have used this cleaner for many years, but recently discovered several errors and minor problems, they have changed management several times. However my last visit will be my last. On Thursday, July 13, 2017 I took one of my most expensive suits to have dry cleaned after being in storage for many years. This was a handmade expensive suit. I ask the manager to take his time because it was an expensive suit that I could not afford to replace. He assured me he would. I picked it up on Saturday, July 15th. It was in the cleaner bag. I paid him over $20 to clean the suit. On Sunday, July 16th I took the suit out of the bag to prepare for church services. To my amazement the pants had an obvious rip, about 1 1/2 inches and were visible immediately. The cleaner had to see it. The jacket had two larger scorch marks on it, and inside the pants fly area was also scorched! I was mad, but it was time for church so I found something else to wear. Today, Monday, July 17th I took the suit back to the cleaners. Just like on TV the cleaner seemed ready for my return and immediately claimed the clothing was like that when he began cleaning it. I asked why he didn't call me or tag the item until I could see it. (I took this item out of storage after about ten years and examined it completely before having it cleaned). He changed the subject. When forced to answer he said. "I thought you must know about it"! He would not claim responsibility for destroying my $1000 suit! I asked his seamstress if she could repair it. She said it would be very noticeable. So they claim no responsibility, can't repair it, I took them a $1000 suit that is now not wearable and still paid $20 for the destruction on my clothing! NEVER TRUST these people! Unless you have throw away clothes you better go somewhere that can be trusted!
