not good... went in looking for a new place to get my nails done and really was not impressed. would really like to take a picture of how bad my nails look just two days later! the lady who did my nails rushed through them so fast that it was like she was just trying to get me out of there. You would think the fact that I told her I was looking for a new place to get them done she would have done a good job so I would want to come back but no. well her loss... I have been in the costumer service industry for a very long time and am a great tipper guess I will have to find someone else to tip very well!!

Even though my nails turned out okay the service was horrible. The woman who did my nails did not speak a word to me because she did not speak english! There was one worker lounging on the pedicure chair eating and playing with her phone another girl was hanging out by the front door playing on her phone. My husband came in with my daughter and politely asked the one lady by the front door where the bathroom was and she responded by just turning around and continuing to play with her phone. I have gone to them several times over the past few years and have never had a problem till now. You cant have people lounging around in plain sight and you cant have rude people who don't speak because they don't know how. That is not at all how you run a proper business. My daughter wanted her nails done really bad but I was not fixing to let someone be rude to her too. I will never go back there and now I understand why it was dead in there when I walked in. I would of not even given the one star had the computer not made me!

I called ahead of time, explained that I wanted natural looking nails, not thick, with Arch and curve. As I was getting my nails done by a woman that did not understand English I tried to explain how what she was doing was not what I wanted. She grew aggravated and rushed through. I ended up with very fake looking gel covered nails with bubbles, fuzz and bumps in the finish. I pointed out the discrepancies and was still made to pay the $40 for the ugly nails. I will NOT be going back and I WILL be warning my friends about the poor quality, poor customer service and substandard product "Happy Nails" delivers.
