The car i rented had a broken window seal and when i was driving on the freeway no one in the car could talk. No one could listen to music. They never picked me up or took me home. And when I told them the trip was a fail because of the window he told me see you next time. There will not be a next time. This is why I cancelled my corp. account in the first place.
Service is usually very fast and efficient. Had to wait a little longer than usual, but they were very busy. Still got out in about 20 minutes. People are very friendly.
When we arrived in Fresno on 9/23, the counter person was very friendly and helpful. When we got to the kiosk they had just returned from cleaning and fueling the car. The young man even loaded our luggage in the trunk for us. All of the CSR's were very friendly and helpful. My only regret is that I didn't get their names to be sure that they get the proper acknowledgement due them.
This is my first experience with car rental and the Enterprise employees of the Fresno airport branch have insured that we will use Enterprise on any other trips out West.
Amazing service! I arrived at 6:15am and was pleased to be greeted with a smile and a good morning. The young lady that helped me was impeccably dress and remembered me from a few days ago when I was there also. I have been renting cars from Enterprise for over 20 years, I will say this location was the best I have experienced. Thank you for the outstanding service, you represent your company well.
Ps. On a personal note, love the color coordination with the jeweler.
