I've been to this Urgent Care for TB tests and was happy because they were fast. But this time, I went with what turned out to be a severe case of strep throat. I was very disappointed with their poor service. First off, there were NO customers, so I thought I'd be given ample service. Not so. The staff was wandering around the office, laughing and goofing off. I still had to wait. And when I saw the doctor, he gave me only a couple of minutes. He glanced in my throat (no swab), Touched the swollen side of my neck, and told me my tonsil was swollen and that I'd need antibiotics. Then he left. Then a young aide came in, handed me a prescription and a bunch of papers, and told me to read them. I was there barely 10 minutes. This cost me $120!!!! When I got to my car, I looked at the papers, which included info about strep throat. The doctor had not mentioned strep throat. He didn't even give me time to ask any questions. I had to go home and google it since I didn't know anything about it! I've been to another Urgent Care (Cameron Park), where the doctor gave me plenty of information and time to ask questions (even though there WERE other patients waiting). From now on, I'll only use the Creekside office for TB tests!

Horrible horrible horrible. I've already wasted my time writing my review on previous websites and I am not going to again here for them... please do not go here. No one cares for you! Wrong diagnosis, horrible services, lack of knowledge and I will never allow anyone I know or love come here. Please stay away!!!!

Wow, I would give them a Zero but I can't. I went to Med 7 having had an ear ache for about 6 days. After the P.A.,not even a Dr., looked in my ear, she supposedly saw nothing and diagnosed me with TMJ. A Dental Issue that really only a Dentists should diagnose (after X rays and further testing). certainly not a P.A., the Dr. she works under did not see me.

Med 7 coded the bill as such and sent to my insurance. My insurance said they would not pay because Med 7 is not a dental office and should not be diagnosing dental issues. When I questioned Med 7 they would not change the diagnosis even after it was brought to their attention that NO further testing was done to confirm TMJ and a dentist was not even consulted. Needless to say the pain did not go away. I went to my regular doctor and was diagnosed with swimmers ear and given a prescription that resolved the issue. But, I still had to pay out of pocket for the wrong diagnosis.

So the service provided by the physician assistant was pretty good and helpful. But the administrative staff and especially the manager is horrible.



I went in and the Physician Assistant said she would give me antibiotics and to take them if the spray she gave me didn't work for my cough in a week. I get to my pharmacy and see that I wasn't given the anti-biotics. I call back that day and tell the staff that I didn't get the antibiotics and they said they would fill it, and just call back in a week if I need it.



So a week goes by and my cough didn't get any better, so I call back to get my antibiotics. The first person on the phone says it's not in my records and I have to come back in. I finally escalate it to the manager, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She would not help me and kept saying that Physician Assistant won't be in for 2 weeks, and said the only thing I could do was come back in and get re-evaluated and pay full price again because they screwed up. She would not even give me a discount or a free consultation, and said it wasn't their fault.



This place is run by a manager who is rude, lacks customer service skills, and has major attitude when you talk to her. I would not visit this place again, because of the manager. I wish I got her name so I could post it here, but she was the manager on June 2015.

I cut my finger while chopping vegetables for dinner...i could not believe it! I didn't want to go the the er and wait FOREVER and almost decided to wait until the next day to see my regular doctor. My husband urged me to go right away. I looked online and found the med7 in sacramento (by the arena). These people were so great. I cannot believe how fast i was seen. The doctor was wonderful! This definately gave me a new perspective on quick care clinics, very impressive. Thank you yellowpages and the med7 clinic!! I will keep you in my files in case i have another accident...

Great service

I took my daughter to MED 7 with a back injury. We were in and out in about an hour with x-rays, a referral for an MRI and set up with physical therapy. MED 7 did the work to find an orthopedic doctor for us. I really appreciated the one stop service and felt we were in great hands!

Over charged

Paying over $200. for 5 minutes with a doc just to get a referral to another doc seems like robbery. They apparently run tests that run the price up without informing you ahead of time. Then their referral didn't take new patients! So I have to start the whole process over again. I complained to the medical board--but they only review malpractice.

I was seen for a minor burned on my arm, waited 1 hour, then was charged for over $800 since i have no insurance. What a scam
