Emerald provided us with a first-rate estimate coming in right on target for a 4 bedroom 3 bath home. This was a hard move involving a piano, kiln and other backbreaking items. They showed up on time with adequate manpower and got the job done on time/on budget. A great organization...we intend to use them again if needed...

I read the low reviews on this company, but since they came back to me with almost an immediate delivery time and very detailed service information, I decided to try them. I was scheduled after work they did at the UO (found this out during my interviewing them) and figured that they ought to be reliable enough. They were also mid-ranged in their price quote. They moved a 525# gunsafe for me up a long flight of stairs, and they were very careful using runners and wiping down the wheels of their dolly so as not to track dirt into my cream colored carpet. I actually requested them to do that and they obliged. The work was done in about half an hour with no problems.

We had a small office moved with 3 desks, boxes, and a bookshelf. They broke two out of the three desks. These were sturdy desk. They also made permanent scratch/ dents in my hardwood floors. When dealing with management we were stood up on our appointment to look at the damaged desk and they refuse to make any compensation. Buyer beware
