I have been going to Applebees for many years and by far they serve the best Food. The restaurant is always clean and all the staff are very friendly. Here and there you might run across a new employee who is not complete familiar with all the servings so their knowledge is not that great. Other than that this is a very good establishment.

Our family of 4 has gone to Applebee's several times over the years. We (10 of the immediate family) went in on a weekday night for a celebration of our youngest children. I chose Applebee's because of the location (some family came in from out of town/state) and everyone could order what they wanted. The restaurant was surprisingly crowded and we did expect to wait...and we did. We were very hungry and tired - it was a long day...especially for my 4 year old grandson. The fact that we did not all sit together was OK. The fact that we had to ask twice to have a light changed out so we could see what we were ordering - first time for us. The fact that at first some of us were brought out the wrong food - not so good. BUT...the fact that ALL THE FOOD WAS OVER COOKED - NOT OKAY. Only my youngest son's food was not overcooked and that's because it was forgotten when the order was placed. The only bright spot was the waitress - she was energetic and pleasant. Would I have tipped her an automatic 15% if it wasn't already added on the bill?- I wasn't thinking that far ahead. Perhaps it was just not our night and things just happen...it certainly did dampen our night. Would I go back? perhaps BUT not with a large party.
