I have a 2000 Chrysler minivan. Dallas Hitch replaced a broken Class III hitch that carried an electric scooter carrier. I was exceptional pleased with the job. Two or three years later, the carrier was drooping again, so I took the van back for a repair or replacement. I knew it was not covered by any warranty. The two guys at Dallas Hitch said "someone put a standard thread bolt in a metric thread hole and the bolt broke". They were the only one who had worked on the hitch. They denied they had installed the hitch. They refused to work on the hitch or replace it.

I'm Nate, I bought my 2006 Sedona to Dallas Hitch to fix the trailer wires. Uhaul put them in originally and they never worked properly. Don at Dallas Hitch said he can fix it. My trailer passed inspection, all my lights and signals finally work.! I wished I went there first. I will recommend them to everyone!! Dallas Hitch is professional, and fast!! Gave em a call to see if they installed brake controllers. They said yes come on down and they would get right to me. So I did. Once I got there. They showed me my options and explained what I needed, gave me a very good price. 35 minutes later rolled out with a great Curt contoller which looked good an worked perfect. These guys are very proffesional and personsable, not to mention just friendly. Used to use only Joe's. Now I have found a new place just as good.

If you need a hitch for your vehicle, Dallas Hitch & Truck Accessories is THE place to go. Here you meet some friendly folks that are very customer oriented. I called the dealer for a quote and for timeframe to install the hitch on my SUV. I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 days for the installation and close to four times the amount I paid at Dallas Hitch.
