Provided by YP.comMy wife and I have eaten many times in Panera Restaurants in Pensacola, FL, West Palm Beach, FL.., and at University Drive, Coral Springs, FL.,and have enjoyed our visits. On October 24th, 2009, we stopped at the 4328 N. State Road 7 in Coral Sprigs location and were bitterly disappointed. We ordered onion soup and sandwiches. The onion soup bowls were half full and luke warm and when I complained to the server, she said, nastily, "This is the way we serve it, sir. You'll have to take it or leave it." The sandwiches were sparse and on different breads we had ordered. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience. I will appreciate hearing from your customer relations people.
