If I could make this a zero star, I would. My husband and brought out truck in, to get a starter replaced and to smog it. We requested that if they could not repair starter, that the smog was not something we wanted to Persue. After a day in the shop they called and quoted just under two hundred to complete the work. On a side note, we actually provided the starter, so it was just labor. After a week they called to tell us that the starter wasn't staying in place because there was a transmission mount that needed to be redone so it didn't move so much and pull in the starter. My husband stressed that it was ok to do this work, only if this repair fixed the problem with the starter. Now the bill was $800. A couple more days later. We got the call saying it was finished and to pick it up. When my husband was dropped off there, the mechanic was not around and the office person asked for payment before giving him back his keys. My husband got in the truck, and what do you know, the starter only grinded, but did not start. At this point my husband called the mechanic and had h listen over the phone to the starter grinding, not starting. He said that it had worked for him earlier. And ended the conversation. Now my husband uses his own tools to shim the starter because he is stranded at the shop. He gets it started after working on it himself in the lot of all tech. Cancels the transaction with the bank because altech did none of the work that they were contracted to do, included the smog. Our bank put in an investigation and after over a month, they charged our account again. This place is a scam. We are still not done fighting them. And truck still has a bad starter.

Went to a smog shop in Clovis that told me my car didn't pass smog. They told me to drive my car more as the battery was recently changed. Drove the car for another 100 miles and went back to that shop . They informed me that there was something wrong with my car and that it would cost me 110 more for them to check my vehicle . So I took my car to another smog shop that did test only. They couldn't read the computer in my vehicle and recommend me all tech . These guys are good and honest shop, that could have fed me some BS, but they told me straight out nothing was wrong with my vehicle and got it to pass smog. I was expecting to pay several hundreds of dollars but they told me the truth and it just needed to be driven more . Hats off to a legit business, that doesn't try to fool the customer to get more sales. Highly recommended!

Alltech provides good quality maintenance and repairs at reasonable rates. There may be cheaper shops around, but Alltech charges a fair price for good quality work, and I have never had to take anything back.

I am so thankful that I found Alltech! Since I am on the road two to three hours a day I depend of Alltech to keep me going in my business. They give my truck a complete once over and make sure I am safe and won't be standed somewhere. I have been going to Alltech for 10 years and I make sure my children take their vehicles there as well. I know that my children's vehicles will run safe and smooth, and being a mom this is one less thing I have to worry about. Everyone at the shop is helpful and friendly and makes me feel my truck is in good hands. Thanks Alltech!
