      Went to this office over three...

      Went to this office over three weeks ago and was told on the spot that my insurance probably wouldn't cover the medicine my 6 year old son needed, and was told to call back and they would switch it. Both I, and the pharmacy tried to get in contact with the office calling numerous times with in the three weeks since we have been seen. No one has returned any of our phone calls and even when the people I used to find the office called and spoke with the office manager, who stated "she would call right after we hang up", I have still not received any phone call regarding my son's prescription. We drove an hour to be seen here and we will not be back! Unprofessional to the MAX! Might I add that we also waited over and hour past our appointment time to be seen.
