Wow, guess I'm not going back and not the only one!! Disrespectful of your time kinda service, and next time someone comes in for a fuel pump don't send them down the road for spark plugs, I need the fuel pump!!!

Last fall I had my lawn mower serviced paid over $200 and had more issues with my mower than I did before I took it to get serviced. I took it back to get it fixed right the lady at the front desk give me a lecture and pretty much yelled me, really rude and unprofessional. Told me that if I needed to bring it back up I was going to be charged the $42 service fee and I'd have to be placed on a waiting list. After 4 weeks in the shop, I decided to call to see what was going on and they said it had been ready for 2 weeks. When I asked ask why I wasn't contacted she got nasty and hung up. After I picked it up and took it home I went to cut grass and the carburetor started spitting gas out everywhere. After 6 weeks of having to borrow my neighbor's lawn mower. I didn't want to have to use their mower another two, three, four weeks so I just went bought a new one. Worst experience! I don't know how they stay in business I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Can't give any star. What an awful, horrid abusive business and staff. And I did not even get to the stage where I left my mower. Started from the time the old guy let a friend cut in front of me after a long wait and then gave me schit and ended with the owner giving me schit while I said the hell with it and tossed my mower in my pickup. Nightmare to deal with. Don't go there...be warned. Read others as well.

Worst customer service ever! Told them i will be taking my business elsewhere! Looks like everyone else below agrees.

I took my lawnmower for tune up and oil change. I was told the cost is $39.99 + parts. I asked what you do and I was told they change the spark plug, filter and change oil and sharp the blade.

After 2-3 days we received the call and were told we need new blade, and told them to go a head with it. But we received another call and were told that it was mistake, the blade is good and will be sharpen. We were told we need wheel but they do not have wheel so we can pick up the mover and there is no extra charge.

When I went to pick up the mover there was extra charge for spark plug and filter. I told the spark plug and filter was part of the tune up, but regardless I had to pay for it. The additional cast was $24.

I would not recommend this to anyone. If U take UR mover for service please find out the total cost before give it to them.

Took my mower in for the Service Special, When I got my mower back it looked brand new, they cleaned it and replaced a few things that I had no clue were under the manufactor warranty still. I didn't even purchase the mower from them. To get that sorta of service these days is hard to find. The next mower I purchase I will consider them first the prices on the new mowers were the same as what I paid at the Depot. I will definalty be back.

Great price great service! Not one to post reviews most of the time they are negative, I like to know the good! White Oak was able to answer my questions without hesitation about my rider! money is tight for me at the moment they had the parts I needed in stock what they didn't have they were able to get within 2 days for me. I dropped my blades off to be sharpened usually pick up next day the owner said if you have a few minutes I'll have them done while you wait to save you a trip back. I will be back.

I had a part on backorder from sears for over 3 weeks last year (a Wheel), they could not give me an ETA, I called white oak mower here they were able to get the part the very next day and was the same price online only white oak was way cheaper on the shipping. They also gave me a tip prior to putting the wheel back on. Without a doubt I will be returning to this shop.

Every spring I take my mower here for a tune-up and have always received good service. It comes back looking like new!
