      On April 2, 2015 I droppped my dog off at the Town and Country Kennel at 4 pm. My daughter and I were told that we could pick up our dog on Sun. April 5th before 3 pm. When we arrived at 2 pm on Sun. April 5 the attendee informed us that "we are closed and you can't have your dog, I called the owner and she said, you must wait until Monday".

      This unethical and unprofessional business practice, clearly communicates to me that Town and Country is not the appropriate boarding facility for my pet.
