I'm a huge fan of Candrell's Car Care! I've had them service all of my cars for at least 6 years. They've done AC repairs, oil changes, brake changes, transmissions (to name a few) and they did them all efficiently at great prices. I highly recommend them!

So I dropped off my car for a simple oil change. Guy tells me it'll be 45 mins. I go with my friend to run some errands and come back over two hours later and no oil change! Office manager just says "we got busy". Didn't try to make it right just said "give him back his keys" wasted hours on a busy day. Will never go back.

Be care full at Candrells. They do a lot of guess work in tring to repair your care. They were going to charge me $450 to fix my car...I took it to another place and it ended up costing me $150..And this was 2 yrs ago.

Absolutely the best place in Dallas, Carrollton, Richardson or Plano (or anywhere) to get your car repaired. I won't let anyone else touch my car. They do excellent body work as well. After my recent wreck they were just wonderful and did a great job. First, though, they asked me if I were OK and if anyone was hurt. Classy plalce Elaine
